We are a small independent school outside Malmö in Vellinge municipality with 60 students, looking for a QUALIFIED music teacher with certification. Currently, we have a music teacher who is unqualified, as we have other certified teachers who oversee the lessons. Therefore, we are only looking for someone with certification for the autumn term. Lessons are held every Friday from 8:30 to around 1 PM, with 2 hours of planning time. We have the option to extend the time until 5 PM by agreement. (8h)

NOTE: There is no work during school breaks.

We believe you are experienced in conducting music lessons from preschool to grade 6. You have structure in your lessons and work according to LGR22. It is important, as music lessons are somewhat freer, that you have leadership in your classroom. You should have an understanding of students with potential diagnoses and meet them in a low-arousal manner.

We believe you are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Instruments available include various percussion instruments, guitars, and digital pianos. Since this is only up to grade 6, these are excellent.
